HEALTH + SAFETY POLICY

While we navigate our new world, Jess McShane Photography is paying close attention to advisories and regulation updates from Public Health Sudbury & Districts, The Government of Ontario and the City of Greater Sudbury Security & By-Law Services. Jess McShane Photography (The Photographer) has implemented the following policies in order to provide the safest service possible for her and her Clients.

The Photographer ensures that;

• they have not experienced virus symptoms or illness in the 14 days prior to the photo shoot, nor have they travelled internationally in the past 14 days.

• hands will be washed with soap and/or hand sanitizer prior to and following the photoshoot and MAY use latex gloves and/or a non-medical mask.

• they will not shake hands or touch as a greeting and will maintain a physical distance of at least 2 metres from all parties involved at all times.

The Client understands that;

• a representative from each household (18+) participating in the photoshoot must electronically submit a Covid-19 Screening Waiver no earlier than one day prior to the shoot.

• they must inform The Photographer immediately if anyone involved in the shoot experiences any illness or symptoms or has traveled internationally in the past 14 days.

• they will be accessible on the day of the shoot at the phone number provided to The Photographer. 

• they are responsible for ensuring ease of access for The Photographer to reach the designated outdoor venue should it be on their property.

• The Photographer will refrain from touching any surfaces belonging to the client. (Clients may be asked to move objects if deemed necessary.)

• they will make every effort to prevent all persons involved from coming within 2 metres of The Photographer, their equipment or personal belongings. (But if you have kids, she gets it...she has three.)

• image previews will not be available on the day of the shoot due to proximity limitations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the above policy is not adhered to, the session will be aborted at the discretion of The Photographer and billed accordingly. 

Due to the fluid nature of National, Provincial and Municipal Acts, Regulations, Orders, Guidelines and messaging, this policy could change without notice at any time.
